Product Description

This is a 4' x 30' roll of 1" thick fiberglass lined on the inner side with a 1# barrier PVC vinyl with an outer skin made of reinforced mesh aluminized mylar. Ideal for wrapping around piping or ductwork to contain noise resulting from air or liquid flow.
Ideal acoustic wrap-around for noisy pipe work, ducts, valves and heat exchangers in a variety of indoor/outdoor applications. Weather resistance, high strength, comformability and ease of installation makes this product perfect for hard to treat air/liquid flow noise sources.

 

Tips:

A good, more flexible alternative to the fully stitched QBS or QBV blanket systems for sharply contoured surfaces or shrouds surround any noise source, including vents and pipes. Easy to cut and trim on site.

 

Installation Techniques:

Use tape or clamps to affix the material around the circumference of your ductwork or piping. Ask NetWell about a mylar matching tape available to disguise the seams. This is sold in 4" wide x 200 foot rolls as an add on product to the DuctWrap!
Simply wrap standard pipes or vents with this material. Cut to fit and wrap with matching tape. Custom wrap sizing is available upon request.
