These 2'x4' fiberglass baffles were originally introduced to the animal kennel market due to their unique moisture resistance and class A fire rating. Since their inception, their popularity has spread into multiple facilities including gymnasiums, industrial plants, fellowship halls, auditoriums, swimming pools, and more. They are lightweight, available in multiple colors, and grommetted for easy vertical suspsension.
Moisture resisant fiberglass acoustic baffles wrapped with a protective heat sealed PVC poly film facing. Measuring 24" x 48", these lightweight baffles are designed to solve harsh acoustical noise problems in a variety of clean room or high potential moisture environments. Their free hanging vertical suspension from ceilings allows the material to interrupt the path of the noise and curb the sound energy potential within the room. Corners are grommeted for easy hanging.

Tips:

Multiply your length, width and height of your facility and divide by 400. This will give you an approximate number of baffles you will need to install into your facility. Watch for sprinkler heads, lighting, overhead cranes supply vents, and fans. Try to position them so that 50% face north/south and the rest face east/west.

Installation Techniques:

Simple vertical suspsension using any available wire through the eyelets in the corners of the baffle. Grommetted comers provide easy installation for Vet Panels. As for specific placement and quantities, contact your acoustical consultant by dialing 1-800-NETWELL!
