The Green Blade is published spring, summer, fall and winter.
Prose and poetry submissions are accepted:
Submissions are encouraged from writers living in Southeastern
Minnesota and who are affiliated in some way with the Rural America
Writers' Center, either through membership ($25.00 per year), attendance
at Third Wednesday Open Mic events, or participation in classes,
workshops and seminars sponsored by the Center.
