Keith has worked for USA Karate for the past 3 years. As a member of the Minnesota Iceman, he has traveled throughout the country competing in karate tournaments. He has placed in the top 5 in the National Black Belt League for Traditional Form (1997-1998). Keith also was listed in Upper Midwest top competitors for Forms and Sparring (1997-1998). In 1997, Keith, along with fellow instructors Dominic Forté, Chris Hourscht, Allan Kuntsmann, and Dave Younglove, were featured in a documentary called Jackie Chan's Best Fights and Greatest Stunts. Although competition is an important part in Keith's Martial Arts experience, his true passion is teaching. He feels that through teaching he is able to give back to others what was given to him.
